As an ADHD coach, I provide tailored guidance to support my clients in managing challenges such as time management, emotional regulation, organisation, prioritisation, and focus. Coaching offers a safe, non-judgemental space for individuals to explore what works for them and how they can achieve their goals while embracing their neurodivergence.

  • General life coaching may not take into account the unique needs of individuals with ADHD. ADHD coaching, on the other hand, is specifically tailored to address executive function challenges and other ADHD-specific struggles.

Who I work with

My coaching is designed specifically for perimenopausal and menopausal women who are late diagnosed with ADHD or suspect they may have it. I also support neurodivergent women navigating challenges at work, at home, or during significant life transitions. With a focus on this demographic, I aim to provide relatable and effective support for the unique overlap of hormonal changes and ADHD symptoms.

My approach combines compassion, structure, and expertise. I use tools like the ADDCA iModel and Magnificent Me Moments to help clients reflect on their achievements, embrace positive self-awareness, and build resilience. I also incorporate "rainbow lists," which highlight positive memories and moments of success, so clients can see how far they've come and stay motivated.
