Navigating perimenopause and menopause with ADHD can feel overwhelming. Hormonal changes can intensify ADHD symptoms, making brain fog, emotional dysregulation, forgetfulness, and overwhelm even harder to manage. Many women find that their usual coping strategies no longer work, leading to frustration, self-doubt, and exhaustion. The lack of awareness around ADHD in women means that too many struggle in silence, often dismissed or misdiagnosed.

As a certified ADHD coach with Leanne Maskell’s CPD-Accredited ADHD Works, a student of the internationally recognised ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA), and a senior nurse with over 20 years of NHS experience (plus my own formal ADHD diagnosis), I understand the unique challenges of this stage of life.

I specialise in supporting women who are late-diagnosed/suspect they have ADHD, helping them understand how ADHD and hormonal shifts interact and working together to find strategies that really work.
